The client requested a professional service for garage door track adjustment and garage door balancing on a steel-back 16×7 garage door, equipped with a LiftMaster jackshaft sidemount motor.

The client had been experiencing several issues with the garage door, which included persistent loud noises during operation. To resolve the identified issues and restore smooth operation, our team implemented the following steps:

Laser Measurement:
🔹 Used laser levels to precisely identify discrepancies in the door’s alignment.

Track and Door Adjustment:
🔹 Determined that the right side of the door had settled, leading to the misalignment.
🔹 Adjusted the left side of the door by lowering it by 1 inch to balance the system.
🔹 Precisely cut an inch off the vertical track and reinstalled the left-side system, ensuring a perfect fit without any gaps at the bottom.

Balancing and Calibration:
🔹 Rebalanced the door by equalizing the tension across both cables.
