We were called out to perform a lube and tune for Mr. Christopher Novak in Rosewood, CA, but upon inspection, we quickly realized the problem was more serious. The existing Stanley 16×7 double garage door was buckling around the radius as it opened. The panels had weakened over time, especially in the middle, and could no longer support the normal weight and movement of the door.
This visit became a reinforcement project, highlighting our ability to pivot and deliver the right solution—even when a full replacement isn’t an immediate option.

Instead of pushing for a full replacement, we offered a strong interim fix: galvanized reinforcement struts to stabilize the door.

✔️ Strut Installation: Installed 2″ x 16′ galvanized struts across the bottom and #2 panels—the most compromised sections.
✔️ Spring Adjustment: Re-tensioned the torsion springs to handle the added weight of the struts.
✔️ Full Lube & Tune: Lubricated hinges, rollers, and all moving parts.
✔️ Motor Reprogramming: Synced the opener to the now-adjusted garage door for smooth operation.
