Manufacturer’s Warranty

SCF Garage Doors offers the full manufacturer’s warranty on all products we sell and install. All warranties provided by the manufacturers of the products used in your garage door installation or repair are fully honored. Please refer to the specific product’s manufacturer warranty for detailed terms, coverage, and conditions. Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer, and typically cover defects in material or workmanship.

SCF Labor Warranty

SCF Garage Doors provides a 90-day labor warranty on all services rendered, which covers defects in workmanship directly related to the installation or repair performed by SCF Garage Doors. This warranty begins on the date of completion of the work performed.

The labor warranty includes:

  • Defects in installation: If the garage door system malfunctions due to a mistake in the installation process, SCF Garage Doors will repair the issue at no additional charge within 90 days of the original service date.
  • Adjustments & Alignments: Any misalignment or adjustments necessary due to labor errors will be addressed and corrected under this warranty.

Exclusions:
This labor warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, misuse, or neglect.
  • Issues arising from natural wear and tear or damage from weather conditions.
  • Repairs or adjustments due to improper maintenance or lack of maintenance.
  • Any issues caused by manufacturer defects or parts failures, which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Work performed by another party that was not authorized by SCF Garage Doors.

What to Expect

  • In the event of a warranty claim, please contact SCF Garage Doors directly.
  • You may be asked to provide a proof of purchase and describe the issue you are experiencing.
  • SCF Garage Doors will schedule a service call within a reasonable time frame.
  • Our technicians will assess the issue and, if it falls within the scope of our labor warranty, perform the necessary repairs.

Additional Terms

  • All warranties are valid only if the services are paid for in full at the time of service.
  • SCF Garage Doors reserves the right to inspect any warranty claim before determining whether the warranty applies.
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original homeowner or property owner where the installation was performed.
